About the event:

Sip, create, and unwind at Drink the District: Mosaic Coasters & Mediterranean Cocktails, a hands-on experience where art meets mixology. Inspired by the colorful tilework found throughout the Mediterranean, this interactive 90-minute class blends mosaic crafting with cocktail education and tasting, giving guests a chance to explore their creative side while enjoying vibrant, Mediterranean-inspired drinks.

Guided by an instructor, guests will design and assemble their own set of custom mosaic coasters using colorful tiles, stones, and decorative materials inspired by classic Mediterranean patterns. You’ll learn the basics of mosaic design—from arranging geometric patterns and balancing colors to creating pieces that are both functional and beautiful. By the end of the class, you’ll have a unique set of handcrafted coasters perfect for entertaining at home.

While you craft, you’ll also explore the bright, refreshing world of Mediterranean-inspired cocktails. Through guided instruction and tasting, guests will learn how ingredients like citrus, herbs, olive, honey, and botanical spirits create drinks that are light, aromatic, and perfect for warm evenings and lively gatherings.

Each guest will learn about and enjoy two Mediterranean-style cocktails, discovering how regional flavors and fresh ingredients come together to create balanced, refreshing drinks you can recreate at home.
